Customer Service or Super Ego??

geez.. i'm not sure how much attn u guys pay to customer service.. but to me.. its freaking impt.. i just realised that i am super ma fan.. n if a sales person cheeses me off in any way, or is not professional, i am so not gona give them ANY business at all!

But no worries bride n groom to be... I gave u all the most "unbias" recount of what happened today.. judging by all the info i have to share, you can also tell how much svc i received from each place.. i think sincerity is very impt.. if u think so high n mighty abt your products, then really, your org doesnt need a salesperson rite?? now we are using the customer centric biz model.. no product centric biz model will work this century.... or u think i am ego? but i am the one who got $ to burn now mah.. ok lah.. at least i am *burning* on behalf of my frens.. at least treat me better rite... maybe i am spoilt... or xiao qi??

enuff of my complaining.. forgot to mention that I went for a wine spa (body scrub cum massage) today at The Ultimate.. SHIOK!! no i didnt try to lick myself for the wine ok.. although the red wine smells really good.. Usual Price of the session, $250.. of coz i didnt pay so much lah.. i not so ben !
