Work day 7

sometimes u wonder why... why things dont go according to plan.. n why people dont follow your instructions.. WHY WHY WHY!!!???

been trying to get my flight changed.. so that i can at least meet my beau for a day b4 i fly again.. but its juz not happening.... =( so hopefully, he can get back to sg earlier than scheduled.. if not.. we wont meet for another 3 weeks.. not even at the airport... which means a total of 7 weeks apart.. what the heck.. he must b too busy in Shanghai to think about this yet.. working his butt off 7 days a week, sleeping 3+ hours a day.. what kind of working life is that?? worst than a torture camp... u gotta get a life!!!!!

sadly, when i get back to sg this weekend, i will b missing 3 frens.. they have flown off to Houston over the weekend n probably would be there for a while....... i'd probably be volunteering for Austin assignments so that I can see them again soon... hopefully they are settling down well there.. coz i have gotten them to promise me free lodging & transport when i do go there.. haha...

tomorrow is a public holiday in the town of Saxony, where Dresden is.. Apparently, if we want to come to office tmr, the company has got to obtain a permit from the regional state office.. talk about ensuring work life balance.... so well ya.. we might not b able to come to office, which is really fine with me.. was planning to get some cheap Adidas shoes at the Czech border...
